This application demo shows a motion based segmentation of a traffic video and identification of all cars moving at different speeds than the avarage traffic flow.

The solution is being optimized for the Bi-i vision system using the Bi-i Software Developer Kit and the InstantVision software libraries.

The algorithmic solution can be generalized for various traffic and particle flow monitoring scenarios detecting and classifying deviations from a prescribed flow.
