SPARK Project Completed

AnaLogic Computers, along with an international consortium of universities and its partner, AnaFocus, has successfully completed the EU-funded SPARK project. SPARK undertook to find bio-inspired control architectures for autonomously operating robots in a variety of functions including industry, emergency services, and unmanned exploration. As part of the project, AnaLogic developed special image processing routines, which have since become incorporated into its InstantVision Integrated Software Environment (IV ISE) where they have been applied commercially. These new functions are of particular use to developers of video analytics applications for security and surveillance solutions.
