Initial release of InstantVision Libraries

Version 1.0 of portable software libraries released.

AnaLogic/Eutecus has developed a family of portable software libraries for various computationally intensive tasks such as feature classification and multi-target tracking. The Image Processing Library (ImgLib) of the InstantVision package has been made available as a free download, offering a collection of image analysis, conversion and filtering routines.
